If you look through the list of activities planned for the theme semester on “What Makes Life Worth Living?” you will see the contributions of many units within LSA and beyond. Some activities are sponsored entirely by the theme semester, some have been planned jointly by the theme semester and another unit, and many have been planned entirely by another unit and we have included them in our list because we thought they fit with the theme.

We thank all of our “partners,” including those who may only be finding out here that we consider them a partner. The fact that we have been able to assemble a long and impressive list of events and activities that are regular events at the University is testimony to how much our theme is a part of the fabric of life at UM. If you know of events or activities that you think should be on our calendar, let us know at whatmakeslifeworthliving@umich.edu.

We thank all of these units and organizations for sponsoring activities that will contribute to the theme semester:
